Delivery info
We get fresh delivery from Tuesday to Saturday , as the flower auctions open Monday through Friday and deliver the following day. We only deliver the freshest flowers.
Locally, we deliver between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. But occasionally, especially on big days like Mothering Sunday, Valentine's Day, and Christmas, there's a chance we'll deliver earlier or later.

If you have cause for complaint this must be reviewed within 14 days after dispatch. We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within 3 working days.
Please note this policy excludes all our flower products as these are perishable goods and exempt from this legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
