Orders from our online shop will be despatched within 2-3 days of ordering and delivered by Royal Mail or a reputable courier. If an item is out of stock, we will send the rest of your order immediately without the missing items and these will be forwarded to you when the missing item is back in stock. We will keep you up to date with anticipated delivery dates in this instance.
Our standard delivery charge of £7.99 includes preparing, packaging and despatching your order to the UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Scilly.
Extra heavy or oversized items will incur a supplementary delivery charge over and above the standard delivery charge. These items are indicated and the cost will be shown at the check out.
For orders weighing more than 2kg we will contact you to discuss your order and options for despatch.
We do not ship our products to European addresses or international deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
At Garden Inn we hope you will always be happy with your shopping experience and purchases. For this reason we have made our returns policy simple.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to help. All returns must be done within 14 days of purchase. Returned goods must be received unused, undamaged and in the original product packaging. Return goods are a direct cost to you, we regret we cannot pay for postage. We advise getting proof of postage when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the item in question and we will be able to help. Refunds for any items including damaged or faulty items will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item. Return postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
To make a return, simply fill email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return form. Print off two copies and complete. Send one copy back with the item, clearly stating the reason for the return. Post the item securely in the original packaging and ask for proof of postage at the post office as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit. Please return to Garden Inn Returns, High Street, Stockbridge SO20 6HF. Packages can be dropped off at the shop, but the return will not be dealt with at the shop.
